How parenting coaching support works
Three straightforward steps — from your first conversation to ongoing parenting coaching that fits your family’s life and culture.
1. Initial consultation
Free 15-minute call
Our first meeting is a chance to get to know each other and understand your family’s situation and goals for parenting coaching and family support — without any commitment to continue.
During this session we will:
- Explore your family’s strengths and current challenges, including the realities of multicultural families if relevant.
- Clarify your concerns and goals for your children, your relationships, and your wider family support network.
- Explain how I work and which type of evidence-based parenting support may be most helpful.
At the end of the session, we decide together whether continued coaching feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure either way.
2. A personalised support plan
Every family is different — and the plan we build together reflects that. There is no fixed programme or pre-packaged approach.
Together we create a coaching plan that fits your family’s needs, goals, and pace. This includes:
- Online sessions in a secure, private environment.
- Flexible scheduling around your life.
- A frequency that works for your family — weekly, fortnightly, or as needed.
- Ongoing adjustments as your situation evolves.
Some families need only a few sessions to find their footing. Others benefit from longer-term support. Either way, the coaching always evolves with you.
3. Ongoing coaching — on your terms
All sessions take place online through a secure video platform — accessible from wherever you are in the world, in English or Dutch.
You’re in control of how we work together. We agree on a schedule that suits you, and we revisit it whenever your family’s needs change. Nothing is set in stone, and there’s no minimum commitment.
The goal is always the same: practical, evidence-based parenting support that helps you feel more confident, more connected, and less alone in the challenges you’re facing.
